The staff were very welcoming and attentive. There were some problems with the room (no fan, no bedside lamp) and the Hotel saw to those issues quickly. The hot pools were nice and the grounds are kept in really good condition. Don' be fooled by the restuarant "ambience". It doesn't look that inviting but our experience was that the chef really cares about what comes out of here kitchen - very nice.

Very comfy, big, clean and quiet room. Wifi worked well. TV had a couple of English-speaking channels. The staff was polite and helpful and the receptionists spoke good English. The hotel is set in lovely grounds and in a great location beside the main street and close to the boats.

The room was clean & serviced daily, the thermal pools were a bonus & the garden well maintained & a pleasure to spend time identifying tropical plants. We even found a flourishing herb garden.

We enjoyed having more than one toilet in our room, ability to use the spa and thermal pools. The breakfast was pretty good. We especially enjoyed the pineapple jam and orange juice. The location is fairly close to the ferry port as well.

Without a doubt, this place is an oasis amidst the chaos of Panajachel. While there may be other options near the lake, the hot springs at Regis are truly worth staying for. The staff members were incredibly kind, always providing accurate information and offering support when needed. The hotel boasts a spacious backyard where the hot spring pools are nestled among ancient trees, frequented by birds and squirrels.

Hidden gem. Located right on the main tourists strip of Pana, doesn't look like much from the street, but once you pass through the gate, you're in for a surprise! This is a very large, beautiful, well-kept property. It's very clean and comfortable, and the SPA is amazing: two hot pools, the sauna, and the massage parlor are amazing. Jessica, the masseuse, was brilliant. The hot tub was hot, clean, surrounded with lush vegetation, gentle spa music playing in the background. Attentive and friendly staff. Simply wonderful.

Location is really central but still very calm. We had comfortable clean room and very good sleep, no noise from the street disturbed our rest. The staff is helpful and kind. The spa was nice and relaxing, clean and warm. The whole complex is not new, but good maintained. We would book again.

Great location off of main street. Very large room. Thermal spas were great at the end of a long day. Alma at front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Other employees not as much. Hotel has a generator, so still had power when city power went out during thunderstorms. Lots of indoor places to sit and relax. Enjoyed my stay!

Love the architecture of the buildings, the gardens, the thermal pools and the staff. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable. The location is also excellent as it is a bit away from the noise near the lake.

We had a beautiful stay here, our room was in the garden, which was so lovely and quiet. The Spa is a real treat with the waterfall and sauna and the staff were all so helpful and lovely. I would definitely return!
